Team Kelly


Kelly started working for Marc Hardman in 1989 when Marc was an associate with Colin Biggers and Paisley, at their Parramatta Branch as the office junior. The technology at the time was a Dictaphone.

Over the years her role has changed from junior Office Clerk to Secretary to Administrator to Paralegal. The computer systems have evolved over the years to now answering the phone via the software on the computer although Kelly does find it a bit of a full circle as she started her career wearing headphones with the Dictaphone and now wears a headphone set to answer the phone through the computer.
Kelly has had the unique experience of “growing up” with a set of people that have seen her as a young adult to become a wife, a mother, and then whatever the future may hold for her!

Kelly says it is truly lovely to act on a couple’s behalf when they first purchase a home to now assist their children with their first home purchase. It’s times like these that she is reminded of just how long she has been a part of the company.

Kelly is excited to see what the future has to offer. Perhaps we really will be flying to work! One thing however that will remain solid is the strong work ethics. Putting the client first. Making sure their needs are met in a comfortable, communicative and confident manner.
